I received the headphones. They do not surround my ears, and music is heard by others.

I gave this a 5 star review because your able to hear what you're listening to clearly, soft cushions on the pads, and I also like that you are able to adjust the headband so when you're on jog or your on the run you could adjust it to where its not able to fall off.
