Awesome sound limited Bluetooth volume

Overall I have been pleased with the sound quality. However, when connected with a Bluetooth device it tanks on volume and we can hardly hear the sound. Have tried several different devices but the result is the same.

Sounds great, question though

Sounds great but I have a question. It says LED light effects but they just glow solid. Are they suppose to do something?

Great question. It should say LED lights (we'll be sure to make this change). For this particular unit, the lights only turn on or off. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

SOUND GREAT but IT DROP THE SIGNAL. Even at 25 ft if I close the door.
