A broken bluetooth speaker

I had went to the store to shop and I had seen this speaker as a convenience. I bought it brought it home and it could barely function. It would randomly change channels on the radio. The Bluetooth would randomly disconnect on top of that.
The sound dial, if you turned it up too much. The sound would just stop playing. I use this for about 2 days before I gave up.
I cannot imagine this product being on. Shelves and being sold like this to people.

Bought this today, to have some music while I worked! Didn't have to crank the volume on my phone speaker, so all is good!

Just turned it on 10 minutes ago but as far as I can tell so far it seems of it works pretty good and for the price I didn't expect too much.
