Horrible radio reception

This item was a company gift for 10 service years. It's okay as a blue tooth speaker but the radio reception is terrible. I got this to replace my 30 year old boombox in the garage but since the radio reception is terrible, looks like I am still using the old boombox anyway.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound on Bluetooth is as to be expected. When on FM mode the tuning is horrible. An external antenna may remedy this issue. The light show is entertaining for the kids. All said I would rate the overall product 5-6 out of ten.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Modern Boombox

The FM tuning is touchy, so mainly use bluetooth to play music. The charging cord could be longer to make it easier to charge. Sound quality is excellent and loud for the small size. The 1st thing I noticed is how light weight it is. It is very sturdy, I took it to work and it slide off my forklift and tumbled 40 ft and had no damage.
I would recommend this to a friend!
