Great for the cost

I bought these earbuds while waiting in line at Burlington Coat Factory. I bought them solely on price to test out earbuds to see if I wanted to invest more money into a set. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of sound these provided. They fit my ear as well, which is great. I definitely got more than I expected out of these.

It works, but…

I bought the product today to give as a gift to a friend, when I arrived home I tested it, and it doesn’t play music at the same time. Both earbuds are connected to the phone, but while I press one of them, the other one stops playing the music. How could I listen to the both earbuds? I can’t synchronize them.
