The second set I received work, but I had to pay the postage to send the first set back. The second set works but I’m not sure I will purchase another set of headphones in the future.

Headphones are soft. Sound is clear. Volume needs to be increased louder. I have it maxed out and it sounds like other headphones at about 60%.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're headphones. Not great, but they do everything I need. I do like the removable wire. My main complaint is that the battery life feels very short, especially compared to the last pair I had (different brand but similar price point). Not sure I'd get these again, but hopefully they last a while.
