This was a gift to me. Love them. However the right earbud doesn't work poperly. Left earbud is fine. Why is that? What are the two small buttons for on the ear piece?

I bought these just a few days ago and I'm really impressed by the price, but I don't know if they're just mine but my charging port is really lose so any pulling force takes out the charger.
I would recommend this to a friend!
