Exactly what i wanted. Loud and hold in place. Dont fall out or break believe me. Ive dropped them a few time. Plus they have amazing features

sound dips out with every movement

as long as i sit perfectly still, the product works fairly well..at the first slight movement one if not both buds lose sound. simply the worst experience ive had with wireless ear buds

The left earpiece doesn't charge. I have to lay a book on it to hold it down, and then it charges. It also doesn't fit my ear -- it falls out constantly. I can't get it to hold at all.
The right earpiece fits my ear and charges the way it is meant to. I like the sound and quality, but the left one is useless. I would prefer sound in both ears, but as is, just use the right. I bought them for exercise (as they were advertised for such).
I can't find the receipt or I would return/exchange them. It's possible the left one is broken, though I have small ear entrances, so that could be the problem too.
Overall, more work than they're worth.
