Amazing earbuds, only ones that actually fit ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fit beautifully, most earbuds do not stay in my ear but the loop on this one helps keep it in place and stay in the perfect position. Fits right inside my ear and definitely blocks out alot of noise, even tho it doesnt claim to be noise cancelling. Easy to connect, easy to charge n carry. Will definitely be looking for more of this company in the future.

I wish I had researched reviews before I got these. They constantly cut in and out while listening to music. Tried restarting and reconnecting to no avail. Terrible product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing/Troubleshoot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these today and they are the best pair I've have thus far although ive run into an issue with the initial connection. For some reason two identical links popped up in the bluetooth pairing menu which connected each headphone separately and they will only work one at a time. Other than that they are very comfortable around the back of my ear and inside the ear. It's been in since I purchased it a few hours ago and my ear isn't sore at all. Usually I'd have to take my old ones out every hour or so because they began to make my ear canal irritated. Maybe they were too heavy but these Truly headphones are light weight so it isn't weighing down on my ear while they are in. I love them I just really wish I could get them both to work at the sam time so I can get the full experience. I will trouble shoot and contact support and provide an updated review after doing so.
