Perfect Size/Lightweight

Terrible fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a gift for 10 years at my company. These will not fit my ears at all. The hard plastic is very uncomfortable to even try and place. The over the ear part just floats above my ears and does nothing to hold them in place. They are completely unuseable for me.
