Pops and sputters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple days ago and they pop and sputter even when they are right next to my phone they disconnect and reconnect constantly I'm completely unhappy with these earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box inside the package was open from the bottom. The seal on top was not broken. I gave it a try anyway. It kept disconnecting and did not stay charged
