These earbuds are TERRIBLE

I received these earbuds for Christmas they hardly ever connect to my phone. I have had to unpair and pair them multiple times. Even when I finally get them paired they rarely auto connect. Not only that, when I am finally able to get them to connect they skip and glitch out constantly. It is like listening to a scratched CD.

Pretty good to start with!

However, when putting them in the charging port they're left charging or would turn on automatically which drains it. That and it has trouble connecting to the device if you're more than a foot away from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter bought this product for me. I always wear a ear piece with wires. She said she was tired of me rushing to unwind the wires whenever I need to use the ear piece. I love that I don't have to deal with wires. When I use this truly wire-free I can hear the person on the other end clearly. I love that it stays in my ear and doesn't fall out. The range is good if I go away from my phone, I don't go a long way but I can still talk. The only thing that I have a problem with is when I make a mistake and touch my ear piece I hang up on my party. I also love the recharging time. I love the talk time before I have to recharge.
