The box inside the package was open from the bottom. The seal on top was not broken. I gave it a try anyway. It kept disconnecting and did not stay charged

Pops and sputters

I bought this a couple days ago and they pop and sputter even when they are right next to my phone they disconnect and reconnect constantly I'm completely unhappy with these earbuds.
