The box inside the package was open from the bottom. The seal on top was not broken. I gave it a try anyway. It kept disconnecting and did not stay charged

Pops and sputters

I bought this a couple days ago and they pop and sputter even when they are right next to my phone they disconnect and reconnect constantly I'm completely unhappy with these earbuds.

All is perfect. Just wish the case was a bit smaller. Can't really put half a brick in my pocket.
