I hate sticking earbuds in my small earholes. I can never find the right size and they always hurt. iLive has solved my problem with their Clear Truly Wireless Open Ear Earbuds. Great sound, no pain.

I just bought this headset and looking forward to see the quality. So far it has been doing good. Wish the charger place can be much more smaller in size.
