[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Funny enough, I’ve had this remote for years past only this was an updated version. I like the access buttons although one immediately isn’t working which is bad with a brand new product. I like the softness of the buttons and the hold but sometimes these buttons get stuck or delay. I don’t want to feel like I have to press something a bunch to get what I need. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to and there’s options on the remote for access.

Great universal remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed another remote because my child always misplaces ours so it’s good to have a backup. It works well and unlike my current remote, this one has LED lights. The Bluetooth feature is also nice. Kind of wish it was rechargeable instead of using batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good replacement or extra remote. Voice control is a nice little option. It’s pretty easy to pair with your Samsung TV. Definitely recommend it if you’re needing a new remote control!

Love Samsung
