Excellent Camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Energizer Connect Smart Outdoor Camera and it is perfect! The resolution is great. The camera is very easy to setup and use. Night vision is vivid and clear. The sound recording is excellent. Overall great camera.

You're going to need some basic hand tools to install this unit, but nothing outside of what most households have on-hand.
After removing the unit from the box, I spent just over 90 minutes preparing the area I planned to install the camera/installing the unit.
I'd place the expertise level needed for an installation like this as "intermediate DIYer".
Connection strength:
I've had absolutely no issues with connection strength. With that said, I live in the suburbs.
Video quality:
During the day, video quality is very good. Clarity is excellent, frame rate is decent, and color saturation is serviceable.
During the night, video quality is grainy, but viewable, especially if you have some manner of light source near the unit.
Weather resistance:
It's rained, and snowed in my area constantly since I installed this camera, but it's still going strong.
Bottom line:
If you're looking for an economical smart camera option that will simply get the job done, I think this is a great option to consider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is great for keeping an eye on my boat in the back yard. It was very easy to get set up and going. My husband was able to install it in minutes. The connectivity was a breeze as well. We've had it set up for a few weeks now, and so far its doing well. The range of the camera is amazing. It is plugged in towards the front of our boat, and you can see well past the back of the boat with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was easy to hook up and install. The directions were very clear and easy to understand. The quality is awesome and the price is very reasonable. I also like how it connects to Wi-Fi. I recommend this!

The camera only took me 20 minutes to install and the coverage is amazing, it shows from my door all the way to the road with excellent night vision. I feel so safe because I see you way before you would see me !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this outdoor Energizer Connect Camera for my back yard, and I enjoy using it to make sure no one is coming into my yard and see the wildlife. When I first received the camera, I didn't realize it was a corded one. I ended up drilling into my deck boards to install them and plug them into the outlet outside. The picture is great and you can record if you add an SD card—overall a great camera.
