Easy to install and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little camera. We use it to spy on our birds that come to a bird feeder and baby squirrel which we are trying to save. Easy to install and easy to use. Pretty good video quality

Cool idea, but not compatible with my 5G network

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to receive this product and test because I really needed a new option for a camera for my front porch. The product itself was incredibly easy to install. All we did was screwed into an existing light fixture that we had on the porch. The unfortunate part was when I went to go use the app and realize that because I have 5G, the product was not compatible. I ended up bringing it to my mother-in-law and she used it on her front porch. She loves the results that she’s seeing and says the app is very easy to use and she feels very safe having it installed

Seems amazing but I wasn't able to figure out how to connect it to my Wi-Fi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could rate this better because I really think this is a great product. However, I was unsuccessful in figuring out how to connect it. It is very simple. You just twist it into a regular light bulb socket. You download the app which you can scan a QR code on the box and it takes you directly to the app. Then the app tells you to turn on your Bluetooth on your phone as it searches for the device. Now this is where I had trouble. Your Wi-Fi has to be 2.4 GHz. My Wi-Fi is too fast and I was unable to figure out how to change my Wi-Fi to 2.4 😞 So I never connected the device successfully. I am going to continue trying and call internet provider and ask if they can assist me and I will come back and edit this post. I'm really bummed because it seems like an amazing device. It moves and rotates has night mode And TalkBack feature

Super affordable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation is super easy and pictures are very clear even in a distance I was able to see the screen of my phone clearly. Motion detection works great so is the audio it’s super clear. You can use it as a lighting source on your porch ceiling

Our WiFi cuts out where we need it. Won’t go anywhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was impossible because the WiFi cut out where we needed the light. Unknown about the video quality. I really wanted this to work. We even have WiFi boosters and it still won’t work. Have no clue on motion detection or audio clarity. I’d like to think that this is very weather resistant but can’t use it because it doesn’t work. There is no other place it would go because it is set up with the Ring.
