I like it and works for the purpose needed. The hook where it hangs is a little annoying but other than that is good.

First time trying this kind of product and I love it. True & Tidy met my expectations. First day I used it, I was so excited seen how nice and profesional my clothes look. Plus very easy to use. Highly recommend this product.

Had another steamer with low to high setting - would have liked that feature. This one has auto off and think that is a huge benefit .

I am an event coordinator and have used a few different steamers. This steamer really works well and cut down my linen process for table cloths and curtain panels.
