Great product, it is fast and efficient. Only thing is you have to empty the water every time if not it will start smelling really bad.

While the steam output is strong and wrinkles are removed, I don’t like the hanger or handle for the nozzle. The hanger being fixed requires garnets be taken off and replaced to get access to the opposite side. The fixed handle for the nozzle means you have to pick up and replace the nozzle with both hands or by the hose to ensure you don’t burn yourself. Little changes could make this a 5-star product.
