Great design aesthetic and function.

Top notch design and in black that really compliments my Lieca Q2 Monochrom. Soft rope and the clever function of the clip if dropped is a subtle and useful addition. The updated anchors are a nice improvement over the previous design being slimmer and have a more modern aesthetic. Really pleased so might update my main strap now with the rope version.

Good Product that Could Be Five Star

I own three or four different PD camera straps; all continue to provide great service. There are times when I want to carry my camera in my hand and do not want the bulk of a full strap. Enter the rope cuff. An excellent product, sized just about right and will insure that my camera is not damaged by a fall.
My disappointment with the cuff is the anchor link used. The anchor links used with PD's traditional straps allow one to disconnect the strap from the camera with thumb and index finger of a single hand. Never fails. If the cuff used the same anchor link, I'd rate the product 5 stars, no doubt. The anchor link used with the cuff does not allow for single handed disconnetion. If you try to unclip with a single hand, your index finger will block the spring while your thumb tries to depress and slide the anchor. It takes two hands and one needs to be very careful to avoid blocking the blocking the spring with the hand not used to depress the link. Far too fiddly.

almost perfect wrist cuff

In some ways this version is much better than the strap wrist cuff. The bead stopper is great in making sure that it doesn't get too tight. My biggest complaint is that the anchor link is different from the ones found on other products. Theyre extremely difficult to disconnect from the anchors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits and unfilled need

I actually purchased two of these - different colours.
I recently purchased a Ricoh GRIV, and have owned a couple of its predecessors, and could never use its leather straps as the cord was too large for the Ricoh eyelets. These cuffs solve that issue and the straps size is ideal for my wrist and the camera.
I purchased another cuff for the Insta 360 Pro 2 Xploere Grip Pro - in orange.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to remove from wrist

I previously purchased the Cuff Leather Wrist. It did a great job of securing my camera but it was a two handed job of releasing it from my wrist. The Cuff Rope Wrist allow the loop to be a set length. Enough that I was not concerned about it falling off but much easier to remove. I have since ordered another one. On my small Leica cameras it is perfect way to carry and yet fell secure

The best thing about this is the cord lock that holds the size of the wrist loop in place or keeps it tight on your arm. An excellent design feature.
