iPhone case that holds up to Peak Design standars

The case is high quality and well designed. The buttons feel great, MagSafe is strong, the Peak Design adapter is interesting (not currently using it), there are holes at the bottom to attach a strap and gestures remain unobstructed the way the case is designed. Could not be more satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Screen protection?

The lip around the screen is non-existent, which leaves the screen to take the full brunt of laying it down on a table or falling onto a surface. For comparison, I had the same case on my iPhone 14 Pro and it did not have this design flaw. While, the rest of the case design and quality is on par with expectations, I am debating if I should return this, but I am tied into the bicycle mount, so that's a bigger decision.

This is the only case I will buy

This is the most comfortable phone case I have ever bought, the reason is that the bottom of the case goes flat with the screen protector and is easy to swipe to unlock not unlike other cases they are using the same round bump all around the case, shout out to Peak design for thinking about that. Also, all the materials are premium, and the rubber is not grippy like other cheap cases, I bought one for me and one for my wife, I wish they had more colors for the loop design.

Good Case, Now Do a Real Leather One

Good case. Super duper magnets. This should be real leather, not the hippie vinyl stuff. Peeled cows age more gracefully than plastic. Blah, blah, blah sustainability. No cow is peeled for leather alone. All leather is a byproduct of the animal being slaughtered for other reasons. It's also a biodegradable material. Please make a real peeled cow version of this excellent case. All my dreams would come true. The universe would know peace. Our souls would no longer yearn for the possible, but rather they'd bask in the glorious beauty of the now.

Slippery!

It's beautiful! The material feels leathery and smooth. A little too smooth though. The edges don't have any grip either. I'm finding that I am dropping this phone a lot. I had everyday loop cases on my two prior iPhones and both prior cases felt more like a sturdy fabric and didn't slide out of my hand as easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

looking for something that says Dad likes leather

First of all - this is genuinely a great product. If you use the bike / mount system it's so premium and better than everything else. The MagSafe magnets are great. I've owned these cases for the last like 3 or 4 generations of iPhone and they're really amazing.
But - I am very annoyed this year about the color and material options.
I like the environment as much as the next granola PNW native, but the sanctimonious gesturing all the case design companies seem to be going through (Apple included) where they stop using leather for cases and use "vegan" etc. alternatives is wild. Just find some "sustainable" leather maker and charge extra!
The fabric cases still hold up, but the color choices this year are abysmal and don't go with the phone offerings at all. What's going on PD?
