Goated phone case

Bought around 3 months ago and won’t ever change cases. I am a photographer that also works as a welder so I needed something that could hold up to the trades along with being useful for content creation and the gnar case is exactly that. Keeps dust out of the ports and off my phone while providing great protection all around in the harshest conditions. Being able to use the built in mount for pov footage or mounting as a monitor on my camera has also been a game changer. The gnar case is the perfect all around case for great protection while still feeling slim and not weighing down your pockets!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far is working as described, i have dropped a couple of times and indeed is protecting it. My only issue is that the usb-c cover sometimes is hard to open it, maybe it needs that cover a bit larger.

Not perfect, but to each their own

I love PD, so when i got a new iPhone 17 pro I knew what case to get. I am not much of a gold/orange person, but the aesthetics of the black gnar case matched my blue phone quite nicely. The case is a little to slick for me. I find myself in situations where i wish it had more bite and didn't slide off of stuff. That being said, it comes in and out of pockets quickly and easily. At first i was not crazy about the added protection at the port. It was annoying to take out and push back in, but after having it for a few months, that has gotten easier and its probably worth it for drops in the water (or toilet in my case)

Great case but room for improvements

I bought this case about two months ago. I like the case and the integration with the car and bike mounts, but there are two things that I believe could be improved. The length, with the thicker top and bottom, is almost too long to fit in some pockets and also the phone compartment on my motorcycle. And the bumpers around the case do not stand off the screen enough to give the best protection. I have had tech21 cases in the past (but they do not make a mounting system) and they have been superior in both these areas and have provided fantastic protection in all the drops my phones have endured.

Good for an Out Front mount from PD, but...

I've had this case since launch.
The good: the look and feel of the case is great. And using it on the handlebar mount on my bicycle it feels secure and gives me a great vantage point to see all my cycling data
The bad: if you have a screen protector installed, there appears to be no lip left around the screen for protection. Even if a screen protector weren't installed, I worry that a single fall would result in the phone ejecting itself from the case.
Because of these drawbacks, I only really use the case when cycling.
