Poor design for the front

I came to this from the nomad rugged case and this is a major let down. I’ve had my phone for a week now and my screen protector is already trashed because of how there’s zero lip around the screen. This is so disappointing for a case at this price. Yeah it holds my phone on my motorcycle but I can’t sit it down without scratching my phone. It only protects the diced. That’s about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving the case so far. There isnt much of a lip for a screen protector so thicker screen protectors maybe thicker than the case.

Good looking and tough

Bought this for using my phone on the handlebars (with Peak Design mount) while mountain biking. Feels strong and love the integrated dust-cap for the USB-C socket. So far so good. It is however a little bulky feeling, and the back is smooth which isn't great for use with a magsafe phone grip I have - so I will probably also purchase the Everyday case for daily use.

Very Sturdy Case

I bought this case in anticipation of getting the iPhone 17Pro. It very sturdy, comes in nice colors, and I love that it is supported by the very useful Peak Design bike mount, which I now use all the time. Price-wise, it is comparable to any other good iPhone case on the market.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Otherwise great case but…

I think this is a great feeling case. I usually love my peak design cases. But what bothers me is the little lift where the volume buttons are. It’s not flushed against the phone and I can see a peak of the orange iPhone metal

Great case with one big design flaw

I have been a peak design everyday case user for years and always loved their quality and design. With that said this GNAR case unfortunately misses the mark because of only one fatal flaw, and that is the front of the case provides NO screen protection if laid flat down. Seriously all it needs is a small raised lip on the front to protect the screen and this would be an amazing case. I love the everyday case but went with GNAR because it’s the only one that offers Ibis color that matches the new cosmic orange iPhone. Other than the front the case is great but that one flaw is probably a deal breaker.
