One niggling weak spot.

This is my third attempt to love the everyday case with loop. The case itself is fine, I like the integration with the PD ecosystem, I like the MagSafe functionality. But the loop is a weak spot. I love the idea of it. An integral loop that stows away so other accessories can still be used. Brilliant idea. I use the loop every time I hold the phone because small hands, big phone. Unfortunately though, almost immediately after I start using the case, the fabric layers of the loop start to separate (it’s just folded, not sewn or glued together) and the tiny magnet that holds the loop flat when I’m not using it slides out. For a while I can find it and slide it back in but eventually it gets lost. It’s a small thing but this is Peak Design, not Average Design. The warranty solution is to send out another case. Lovely, but I did that less than a year ago and don’t want another case to go through the mail so the other one can go in the landfill. The case is still functional, but not in the elegant way it could be. With phones being our most touched tools most days, the loop is a significant interface between the case and the hand and it matters.
Maybe seal the strap somehow so the fabric stays together and the magnet doesn’t fall out. Or glue the magnet to the strap. Or include a couple of the wee magnets in the box. Would love for this to be my favorite case ever but for my needs, it’s just not. For my next phone I will look elsewhere.

Great except…

Dear PD Team,
I wish you will design the case so that it is more creator friendly, the main draw back is the bottom part is too thick and deep that I cannot use modern day flash drive to plug into. For example the Lexar professional go ssd, hope you will redesign that part for upcoming iphones

I love the look and feel of this case. The rubber sidings are much nicer than my old Spigen case and the nylon backing looks and feels great.

I tried all sorts of phone cases and this is the best one I found. Very durable and pleasant to touch.
I only wish they made a version with open bottom.

Best Phone Case I’ve Ever Owned

I live in the Rocky Mountains, in Northern Colorado and am very active outdoors. This area is rough on gear and my activities of choice, rucking, MTB’ing, etc result n me burning through all but the most rugged and highest quality gear available. I can’t tell you how many phones and foreign cases I’ve been through but the list is long. I’ve had this phone case on my iPhone 16 Pro Max for a few weeks now and I can say without hesitation, it is the best phone case I’ve purchased.

The old version was much better

Before the 16 Pro case I had the 12 version for 3 years, and this one is a bit disappointing. The old one had a softer grip which means it was much less slippery and more durable. This one also shows scratches after one 3 feet drop which never happened to the old version. Still a good ecosystem which I might use for cycling, but definitely not as dependable as the old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this last week. Love it overall. Frustrated they didn’t make it in navy blue. The grey and black are almost the same color.

Sturdy case!

I had an everyday phone case and mobile wallet and loved it. I just got an upgraded phone and had to get a larger everyday phone case, highly recommend.
It is sturdy and really like the mobile wallet combo! I don’t have to carry a separate wallet
