You just order online and it shows up at your door. It includes a bag to recycle the old cartridges with postage already on it. HP thinks of everything.

My only disappointment was the surprise of finding I only got 2 singles of both black and color cartridges. I thought I had purchased 2 twin packages of black and color. I will need to take more care in understanding your website in the future.
