Product packaging was crushed, discolored and wrinkled with no sign of damage to the shipment packaging. I assume it was shipped this way from hp. It appears the product had been sitting around in a warehouse for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I buy ink a lot but the plain 61doesn't last long and I did buy 61 xl but that doesn't fit in my printer #2540 so I wish some one could tell me what to do as I am a retired nurse and NOT a PC?Printer person. TY Pat
