Does the job!

Not the most quiet AC, but probably better than most for this price point.
Some nice features with the remote and definitely cools better than the old 10,000 BTU it replaces.
The data sheet on this AC was a bit mis-leading as it describes the plug having perpendicular prongs more common with a 25Amp unit, but I was happy to see it came with regular wall-socket parallel prongs.

Not a quality product

It broke down the next day after the warranty finished. No cooling; it just runs like a regular fan. I only used it for one season and can't do anything. Stay away from these types of products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
