With the nutribullet I was able to lose 50 lbs coupled with exercise this helps me to get all of the nutrients my body was missing, I never ate a lot of vegetables because of the taste nutribullet allows me to drink my vegetables and fruits with no problems at all and I get the benefit of being healthy in the process.
