I would also like to mention they have excellent customer service, they replaced my small cup with no extra money as it has some stains on it when it arrived.

I don't know about all the incredible testimonials about diabetes or hormonal or mood improvement etc, but I do know when I throw nuts, fruits, veggies, oats, greens with liquid it blends it into a wonderful shake for lunch which goes a long way in helping me eat less for dinner. That's a good thing. One improvement that could be made is the indicator mark for liquid level could be made more visible.
