This is by far the absolute best way to get my veggies and fruits in daily and take my health to another level, since getting my Bullet, changing my diet and working out daily I'm sleeping sounder, more active and just overall feeling healthier. This is way way better than any energy drink, fad diet or trying to make sure my plate has 2/3rd's vegetables on my plate. I would hands down recommend the Bullet, to anyone looking to get healthier. Extracting has given me the ability switch up what I attack daily. One day, it can be immune system, or heart health or cancer prevention, the change up are endless. No more just blending up bad tasting drinks you can tweak them to your tastebuds. I'm all in.

Nutrient bullet is powerful enough to break down small seeds in rasberies and other fruits. I have a liquid breakfast before going to the gym. I may have another drink during the day.

I've had it for a month and have brekkie smoothies almost every day. Love the flavor, the ease of cleaning and how little it takes up on the counter top (very small kitchen). The only gripe I have with it is when you add protein powder to the mix. Pops the gasket seal very VERY quickly and then it's mess time. Another reviewer has suggested adding the powder after everything is made smooth but it doesn't incorporate well at all. Not sure of what other way there might be but having said that, I tell any and all of the great product I purchased.

This is my second nutri bullet. The first one I gave to my daughter after using it for a year and deciding I wanted the more poerful motor. She and her husband like it so much that I bought a third one for him to bring to the office and use. I use it every day.
