I started to use this product about one month ago after purchasing it at JC Penney. I cannot state clearly enough how easy it is to use and clean. It completely blends everything I have thrown into it including fruits, vegetables, nutritional supplements and ice. it is a breeze to rinse off and clean. I am usually skeptical of products I see in an informer ill but the Nutribullet Pro definitely exceeds expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far we are very happy with the Nutribullet Pro. It makes amazing smoothies. It easily reduces whole veggies and fruits, even frozen, to a smooth consistency in a matter of a minute or so. Cleaning it is a snap. We do have concerns over the long term reliability of it. We have a smaller version, and the jar tabs got stuck in the machine. I ended up breaking the tabs getting the mixing jar free. There have been some complaints over the blades bending and breaking. I also feel that it's slightly over priced for what it is. As such, I gave it an average rating for value. We did buy the extended warranty. So far, so good. If it holds up over time, I'll revise my rating...

I won this in a raffle at a health fair and was super ecstatic! I couldn't wait to start blasting! But the unexpected happened...my nutribullet pro could NOT blend out the seeds in my blueberry and raspberry!!! I was so disappointed...It was like drinking a smoothee with pieces of broken bottle in it...to top it all off there was always this burnt smell coming from the bullet each time I used it...at first I thought it was the 'newness' but after a month I realize it couldn't be. I was very disappointed in this product...I'll be calling the customer service department for an exchange because clearly this one is defective...just my luck :(. Still looking forward to having the experience I've seen on TV...wanna give it a second try.
