Loved it at first, until it leaked. I think the solution is to dry the lid so that it fits on perfectly and doesn't allow any leak holes from wet spots. Once it leaks into the machine, it's a pain to open the machine apart and clean. Now I just like it. Still works like a charm as long as I dry it well and tighten the lid well.

I have had to disassemble this product five times to clean up liquid that leaked out of the cup during blending. I will never buy another NutriBullet product again. I will never buy another blender/smoothie appliance that seals on the bottom.
