I bought the 900 Series for my wife's birthday last September. It was hard to get it to start blending and it wouldn't stop. She helped walk me through all possible issues then identified that it was a simple cleaning of the power buttons and now it works fine. Thanks for your politeness and knowledge.

It was given to me as a gift, only used about 3 months and it doesn't function and i dont have a receipt so customer service wouldn't help as far as replacing it, very disappointing

Absolutely love this product! I'm not a good fruit and yogurt eater and I have been making fruit smoothies pretty much every day since I purchased this product a month ago. We had a Vitamix and I never used it because it was too big and a pain to clean. I love the size of the NutriBullet and it's ease of use -- couldn't be happier!!

Horrible design

Purchased it on March 9, 2016. I have a very strong grip and I tighten the cup until it can no longer turn. It continues to leak, no matter what liquid recipe I put in it. There is a design flaw that enables the cup to not seal properly when tightened. DO NOT BUY THIS DISASTER OF A PRODUCT!
