I honestly love love this product, easy to make and easy to clean. It really makes me choose more organic fruits/veg since it is soooooo easy and tasty....mind you I have made some gosh awful experiments too. You get a book but I make up my own, the fruits are always a big hit. frozen and fresh. Almond milk and wow sooo good. Veg I'm still working on a fav. Really a great little product, so happy I bought it.
