I had a Ninja before and it just didn't do a great job of breaking up pieces of baby spinach. I don't like to chew my smoothies. So I got the NutriBullet based on a friend's recommendation. It does a GREAT job of breaking up fruit, veggies. I've even made pesto in it! I highly recommend the NutriBullet.

I can make a great vegetable and fruit smoothie in five minutes or less. It only takes 60 seconds to finish it with the Nutribullet! Tastes great and simple and quick to use!!! I have this machine for over 3 months. It's great for making smoothies and that's what i do. I love the small container because it seals the lid nicely so it doesnt leak when i take it to work. My wife and son loves it too so i always make a little extra. It seems well built and the motor is strong.
