Got this as a gift from my MIL. Love it! It does a great job blending up some great healthy green smoothies...even when I add a ton of spinach or kale, ice cubes, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. My only issue is that some of the tabs on the cups broke off so I have to find just the right way to put the cup on the blender so they will activate the blade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this product and have had it for close to a year. Unfortunately, within the last couple of weeks, a problem has arisen in that the "tabs" that push down to activate the Bullet are "stuck" and won't push down. We've worked with it and have thus far managed to "unstick" them, but it's annoying, unexpected, and not sure how long this will continue to work. I would have rated it a 4 or 5 star except for this issue.

WORKS WELL BUT A FEW SECONDS AFTER TURNING IT ON ,IT SMELLS LIKE BURNING RUBBER. ITS NOT ARTHRITIS FRIENDLY.VERY DIFFICULT TO UNSCREW THE BOTTOM.GASKETS ARE POOR.

I have had mine now for 4 months, I enjoy using it. It has become a way of life, and a I can see some of the benefits. I make all my own recipes, just by following the basic ideas.If you don't like the taste, just add something else. I had a couple of leaks in the beginning, that was do to my misuse. Don't over fill it and tighten the blades all the way. Simple fix. There are a couple of things it doesn't completely break down all the way, and milled fax seed sticks to the sides of the jar. I would recommend the PRO, for the little more money I spent the bigger motor, I think will do a better job mixing.
