A good device, needs some tweaking

I bought this around Christmas 2016 and used it only a few weeks and there was a rubber ring in the blade that continued to come out. Liquids would leak continuously and I almost took it back. I called the company and complained and they were going to send me a new one and I pay for shipping. I told them seeing it was not even 30 days old it wasn't fair and I refused to pay for shipping. They agreed to send me a new one without my paying anything. Since then it has been working fine - still crossing my fingers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a few weeks and I love it! I use it every day for my morning smoothies and my roommate uses it occasionally at night. I purchased an extended warranty but so far i don't think ill need it. It comes with a recipe book if you want to start making nutritious smoothies!
It is very easy to use and very easy to clean. And it comes with a bunch of pieces. I literally love it!

It leaks every time. :(

This is my second Nutri Bullet and, although I LOVE the product, this one leaks every time I use it. It's been leaking since the first time I used it. I'm careful about screwing on the lid really tightly and not overfilling, but it's still leaking. My other Nutri Bullet only leaks when I overfill. So, I'm a little disappointed. I already threw away the box and don't really want to all of the trouble of replacing it. So, for now, I'm just cleaning it it out really well in between uses.

Having a problem

I bought this for Christmas and although I am happy the way it pulverized fruits it now will not turn and lock in place. I have to hold it down manually the entire time.
