Burned the motor up in three of the previous models took them back for an exchange each time. The Neutra bullet Pro has a stronger motor and I am still on the first one I believe it's going to hold up well. I suggested to all of my friends only buy the pro

the rubber grommets that seal the unit when blending are a problem to get out for cleaning, as I use this everyday I do have a vast experience with it, please improve or replace these.

This one has a lot more power and chops well for smoothies etc. I am having a problem with the on off button making loud clicking sounds, and having to press on it several times before it will start?? i'm worried that after just a few months of usage that it will soon not start at all. I have not spilled or leaked any food in it.
