I actually needed a new blender and decided to go with this. It has been convenient and I tend to use more than I would a blender. Just wish that it could handle frozen strawberries and bananas better.

I purchased the nutria bullet a few months ago and was blending shakes for breakfast on a daily basis. Unfortunately after five weeks the machine locked up. After a couple of days I managed to get the cup off and tried again to use the machine and had a huge mess with it leaking all over the place. I don't use now as I was concerned about safety.

I like the ease of using the NutriBullet but after using it 3 times the rubber seal came out of the portion that holds the blades. Now it is hard to close tightly and often spills out while blending and is difficult to open. Very frustrating! When it works it is great and when it doesn't I am ready to throw it out the window.
