I bought the NutriBullet after a good friend of mine let me help to make a combination of different meals in his. It has been great just trying my own ideas of recipes and so on. The accessories are just right and the two container sizes are perfect for me. And the blending power is spot-on.
I bought a nutribullet several years ago when they were first available but had problems with leakage from the cup into the machine itself. But this new nutribullet I bought a few months ago is fantastic. I have no complaints at all.
Without a handle, it's difficult to get the cup/blended section from the base. With arthritis, it's doubly difficult. What's more the silver portion at the top of the device came off, and I can't get it back on. So it's sitting there. Further, after several uses, there was a distinct odor emanating from the unit after the second or third use. I sent the warranty in, but when I read it, there was a second portion of the warranty requiring me to return a written acknowledgement of having filled out the warranty card...I didn't realize it was a TWO-PART WARRANTY; I thought I was covered after completing the warranty online. WRONG!
