I am a very active 54 y.o. married woman, who has time for everyone but myself. Getting older I found myself getting fatigued faster than I had ever experienced in the past. My diet suffered because of all the activites and obligations I was involved in, so eating out or fast food filled the void. This is now my lifestyle and my treat to myself so I can have a future not having joint pain, headaches or fatigue.
