Got for Christmas 2018. It leaks while blending. The base comes loose while mixing causing the liquid to leak out....HUGE inconvenience! I’ve had several blenders over the years and this should not be happening especially with the costs of this unit.

This is my 3rd nutribullet. One the motor burnt out, the 2nd one is great but my latest one comes unsealed when the motor is running splashing and leaking the liquid everywhere. I’ve tried making it tighter but it loosens on its own. Has anyone else had this issue? I don’t use now it except if I have too because of the mess.

Returned this item did not do the job for a smoothie. Left with chunks of vegetables and fruit. Also difficult to put in slots to begin the process

Cup design...not so great

I really enjoy my blender when I can successfully unscrew the blade from the cup. The cup's diameter is too large to get a good grip. Not everyone has Hulk size hands. Each morning I struggle to remove the blade. I've almost resorted to just slamming it on the floor. So frustrating. They really need to reconsider the design of the cup and make it slimmer.
