I bought my Nutribullet about two months ago and I have noticed that within a week of using it, sometimes when I twist the cup to remove it, the motor does not stop. The last time this happened (two days ago) I had to unplug the bullet to get the motor to stop. Seems like something is wrong with the sensor that detects when the cup is being removed. I am going to take it back to the store.
i got this as a christmas present in 2017 and i have NOT been impressed. i’ve grown up using multiple different blenders like the vita mix and ninja, and they have by far been wayyy better than this product. i enjoy creamy and thick smoothies, and this product just turns the smoothies into straight liquid, like a little bit thicker than water. i also noticed that it never fully blend my fruits and i constantly find chunks of fruit in my smoothie, no matter how many times i blend it. it also does not let you choose how long you want it to blend. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. invest in a better product, you will be happy you did.
I bought this 2 months ago. I had a smaller one and wanted to make larger quantities and have more power to add veggies to my smoothies. Also I wanted an easier cleanup without having to replace parts. 5 stars for all of that. But 3 stars for the fact that the mouth is so big I struggle to get the lids off EVERY time and often spill drinking it if I don't use the lid with the spout or a straw. I'd also like smaller cups.
The only problem I have is it’s not great at chopping up ice, almonds, frozen fruit & you can only use it 1 minute at a time, 3 times, then you have to let it rest or you’ll burn the motor out
