Bacteria death trap

Be careful, the blade compartment is very hard to keep clean and sterile. Under the blade is the impeller seal, it collects build-up. We have also removed the rubber seal and purchased extra seals, once you remove it and see the collection of prior use buildup, you’ll be horrified. The work to clean this piece is not worth the trouble. And yes, after every use, immediately, we wash it, but it still builds up. Mine is only a few months old and I won’t use it anymore. On to another product with a better blade and seal system that is easier to clean and maintain.

Easy to use, blends a full load of frozen and fresh ingredients very smoothly and relatively quietly, and is super easy to clean. All good. Definitely worth the money and would buy again

This is the second Nutribullet that I buy and it has the same problem with the bearings and sealers. Leaks through the blade pinion and start to corrosive damage... noise... poor quality internals.

Doesn't last

I got this as a gift and loved using it to make smoothies. That lasted maybe 4 months and something crapped out. The motor and blades would constantly jam up and now it smokes and reeks of burnt rubber. Disappointed.

Very disappointed with my bullet

I purchased my Nutribullet in July 2020 during quarantine in NYC. I had a lot more spare time working from home to make smoothies and shakes. I used the bullet once or twice a week for about 3 months, it bounced around the table a lot and took a long time to blend anything chunky.
Then… after it spent a long time stored a dry cool place, I unpacked my bullet and was excited to use it in my new home. I made two smoothies with it, and it was struggling to blend frozen fruit. 50% of the container was almond milk, but still the bullet was bouncing all over the table. Then, the motor stopped. It hasn’t turned back on ever since.
In total I probably used the bullet 20-30 times and it completely failed. I thought this product would be a step above the magic bullet I had in college, but that one lasted a lot longer.
I’m very unhappy I bought this and with how it turned out

this thing couldn't blend hot butter

I bought this around late July and it's already giving me so many issues. The seal often breaks, it stops in the middle of blending, it's incredibly fickle and will not blend anything thicker than milk. For the price, this should not be causing me issues only a few months in.

I love, love, love my NutriBullet! It makes the most marvelous smoothie! It's better than a juicer, because there is never any lost of wonderful nutrients or fiber from fruits and vegetables! It is an amazing product, and I definitely have experienced an increase in energy since owning my NutriBullet! Simple to use and easy to clean :))

Within 2 weeks of purchasing the inner seal on the base somehow came off while I was blending and got wrapped around the blades, got cut in half and made my kitchen smell of smoke and ruined the smoothie. I had a 600 for 8 or so years with no issues so pretty saddened that the 900 made it less than 10 uses before this occurred. I hadn't even pulled up the seal to clean under it yet, so not sure why it wasn't adhered properly.
