Works Great. We have a Golden Retriever running around the house and "Vera the Vacuum" as my wife calls it does a wonderful job keeping the shedding hair cleaned off of our floor.

This was an early Christmas gift for my son for his home on a Black Friday sale. He has been using it for about a week and has cleaned both his downstairs and upstairs. In his downstairs, it is primarily hard wood floors with a few area rugs, and his kitchen and entry are ceramic tiles. The upstairs is all carpeted. He said the mapping function is really good (he loves technology so has appreciated how smoothly it recognized rooms and surface types) and has no complaints regarding the cleaning results! He is thrived with it so far. One of his first house-warming gifts was the Karcher floor cleaner - so in tandem, his floors should be squeezing clean when we come and visit!

I have been so happy with my new RCV 5. It is smart, efficient and meets all my cleaning needs. Every element of the vacuum is well thought out and easy to use. The setup was easy and I love to use the app for my specific cleaning and mopping areas of the house. My floors have never looked cleaner.

Hard set up, but works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup on this was very difficult, but once I got it going, it's great. It does get very panicked when it can't find home, which makes all of us laugh. The cats still don't quite know what to think, the dogs stay away, but momma is happy with a clean floor!

I'm literally blown away, the future is here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I've been watching the robot vacuum trend with a close eye. I love technology but don't always want to the first-line early adopter, I've been skeptical about how well these can work. But I've had a few days to spend with the Karcher RCV5 and it's so so awesome. The setup was easy, the app works great, and the vacuum and mop functions are top notch! The vacuum function has four suction power levels, from a quiet night mode all the way up to a turbo charged mode. It can take awhile but because it's thorough and cleans every nook and cranny. We have an open-format kitchen, dining room, and living room, it was able to vacuum and mop all three in about 40 minutes. Battery life won't be an issue, it has plenty. Would absolutely choose this again!
