This was an early Christmas gift for my son for his home on a Black Friday sale. He has been using it for about a week and has cleaned both his downstairs and upstairs. In his downstairs, it is primarily hard wood floors with a few area rugs, and his kitchen and entry are ceramic tiles. The upstairs is all carpeted. He said the mapping function is really good (he loves technology so has appreciated how smoothly it recognized rooms and surface types) and has no complaints regarding the cleaning results! He is thrived with it so far. One of his first house-warming gifts was the Karcher floor cleaner - so in tandem, his floors should be squeezing clean when we come and visit!

This was my first purchase of anything autonomous and I was not disappointed. Set up was very easy and the app intuitive. I have a large main floor with both hard surface and area rugs with several types of furniture including a full dinning room set. This robot floor cleaner does a great job navigating all of the furniture and dog toys and not once have I had to help it in anyway. I have yet to try the wet mopping feature, but I am very impressed on how much it picks up during its vacuum run. I was actually embarrassed as I thought I kept my floors pretty clean, but after one cleaning cycle I was amazed on how much dirt this thing found. I also have a Golden Retriever and if you know anything about them, they drop a massive amount of hair and the powerful vacuum on this machine eagerly picks it up from my rugs and hard floors. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice option to save themselves some time over manually sweeping or vacuuming their floors.

The best invention EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the robot vacuum for 2 days now, and I’m really impressed! It feels very solid and well-made, and I’m confident it will last for years. The design is sleek and modern—mine is white, and it blends perfectly with my home decor.
What I love most is how smart it is. It maps out the rooms, so it knows where everything is, which makes the cleaning super efficient. It doesn’t just randomly wander around but covers the space logically, saving time. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which is great because it doesn’t disrupt anything while running.
The battery life is fantastic—I managed to vacuum two floors on a single charge. It handles vinyl and short carpets really well but does struggle with thicker, fluffy carpets.
Overall, I’m really happy with this vacuum. I haven’t noticed any downsides so far!

Vacuuming and mopping. Perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little guy here can clean. I had a robot vacuum, but it definitely was not this powerful or have mopping capabilities. This does both. You can change the amount of suction, from regular to turbo. There’s a bunch of different mop settings, that I haven’t fully played around with, but on the 1st pass, was definitely impressed. When it’s on the regular level, it really doesn’t make a lot of noise, but it’s a little louder when it’s on turbo, which seeing how much it actually picked up, it could be as loud as it wants to be. I couldn’t believe how much it picked up so quickly. I have cats, so no matter how many times a day I vacuum, it’s still something to pick up. I really love this, and am so grateful that I got it. The app lets you turn it on wherever, whenever. So it’s even great when on vacation, so you don’t have to immediately come home and vacuum.

Performance and design are on par main brands

The amount of dust it picks up is significantly noticeable. We have a 1800sqft home and its battery can easy go more than once around the house. So far, first impression it’s very competitive with all the major brands out there.
