[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Flip 6 has been such a reliable and fun phone to have. The customization options are unlimited and I truly feel like I can make this phone my own. Being able to fold the phone makes it fit much better in my pocket and it's always fun to show off to my friends. After having the device for almost a year, it still runs as smooth as the first day I unboxed it. The camera features are fantastic, though I do wish it had ultra zoom. The Galaxy AI features are neat, especially with the photo editing features it has. Overall, I love this phone and I don't see myself going back to a regular phone anytime soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever use of a flip phone. Wow is it amazing! Very fast and responsive. The Galaxy AI feature has also been a great experience, since I have never used AI on a phone before. The cover screen has proven very useful, although I wish more apps were optimized to work on the cover screen.
Despite being skeptical, I was able to find a high quality cover and screen protector for a flip phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the phone for all my basic needs. Do minor editing with the GoPro and 360 app. There's a lot of pros about this phone between the size and portability of the phone. Some of the cons is the screen itself, it can get damaged if dropped. It's not the best. But what for functionality and minimalist is perfect.

Software concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone itself doesn't stand out among the other Samsung devices (aside from the fold feature) but that's not unexpected. However, when Samsung forced an update back in May, it caused the inner screen to glitch (freeze, unable to detect swipes) and eventually it just died. The outer screen was fine. There were no scratches or damage to the inner screen and I had never dropped the device or gotten it wet. Apparently other users with this model complained of the same issue after the forced update. Fortunately I had insurance on the phone through my carrier because the manufacturer refused to replace the phone even though it was still under warranty (less than 1 year old). I received a new device through my carrier insurance for less than half the cost the manufacturer wanted to charge me to fix it. I am wary of updates now and if it does happen again, I will not be getting a replacement!
