[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light weight, comfortable and easy to "plug and play." I'm not typically a fan of a wired headset, but these are super lightweight and comfy and all you have to do is plug them in. They have a nicely balanced preset sound which picks up most of the musical, game, or voice nuances you need for a basic headset. They do not come with a travel case only a cloth cover that you can slip them into for storage or travel. The cord is long enough that you can use them on a computer and they have a built in volume select control near the top of the cord. I personally would not use them for the gym or for working out, but they're great for a computer or for using on an airplane if you don't mind plugging them into your device. Honestly if you don't want to hassle with bluetooth or recharging these are a good option.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're nice, but corded on ear headphones seem outdated be todays standards. The sound quality is great but they don't get very loud, that could just be my phone though. My sister found them useful for her Chromebook at school.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the compact design easy to carry in backpack. Tried different medias and enjoyed most while listening to podcast, audiobooks was my choice. Clear full sound especially when media had surround versions of books. Prefer the Bluetooth type of earphones more freedom if hands are busy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tun3e 520c headphones have a smooth clear aound. The volune is controlled and can't get overly loud as some head phones do. When wearing them as an adult, the headphones sut right on top of my ear and weren't as comfortable for me, but they fit my daughter perfectly. I struggle to repeatedly pair her bluetooth headphones with her tablet and depending on where we are, they wont connect at all. I plugged these in and we were good to go. She uses them in loud spaces and the headphones definitely keep the noise out. The Tune 520c's are perfect for her.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a amazing headphones with a true hi-res reproduction, good quality build and sturdy, light weight and comfy, the only down with headphones is not coming with adapter for my old phone.(different port)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Tune 520C, Once again I am blown away by another JBL product. The Tune 520C headphones have great sound and are so easy to use. JBL Tune 520C Headphones are boxed nicely with good package printing and product display. From first opening package these headphones are very good looking and so simple to use. The usb c plug is perfect for my iPhone. I was blown away with the sound clarity while watching a video. Voices are clear and easy to hear. Music sounds like your there when it’s being recorded. I definetly recommend for anyone on the go, traveling who need great headphones with usb c. Great for iPhone users. These would be great for gamers or video conferencing calls. JBL Tune 520C Are my new go to headphones , can’t wait to try them out on my next flight.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coolest feature about the JBL Tune 520C (with the "C" meaning USB-C connectivity for truer audio) is, without a doubt, audio over USB-C. Virtually any phone that has a USB-C female plug should be compatible with the "freshest" idea in wired headphones. Deep Bass (as low as 10Hz, and high detail (up to 40kHz) proves that JBL and Harman are willing to work together to bring "THE JBL" back after many years of wireless sound with Bass no lower than 20Hz. If all goes well, I'm pretty sure that JBL and Harman will churn out over-ear versions of USB-C Wired Headphones, up to and including some of JBL's more expensive variants of Headphones JBL has to offer. The only lowest point is that you can't disconnect the USB-C Cable out of the product, but that could change if all goes well with these pair of cans.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is refreshing to see a traditional pair of wired cans with an in line microphone. I love to have a pair like this for home use. I hate wasting charge cycles on expensive wiress headphones while seated at my desk. I am a remote worker that has dozens of zoom meetings every week and have used these for all of them. I am impressed with audio clarity both sending and receiving.
I have also listened to a wide range of music from bass heavy electronic to classic rock. They perform well in general across genres, but they are not a heavy punch on the low end. That said I felt they were pretty clear across all frequencies compared to your standard pack in buds.
Design is where I sing them the most. The headband is pretty boxy. They are also a little tight for my liking. They are extremely light weight and generally comfortable for longer wear sessions despite their taught nature.
