The sound is amazing however the charger port isn’t really catching and the speaker is not staying charged even after having it on charge the entire night.

this is so woth because like ya this one was so much better and more interesting and i was so excited for it but also the whole story is just too much and the characters just aren’t that interesting and i feel bad

I was playing music in my room when suddenly the speaker's bluetooth disconnected from my device. I tried reconnecting it to multiple devices but nothing worked. I tried a hard reboot by turning it off but that didn't work either. Eventually, I noticed a burnt odor coming from the auxiliary/charging port and the speaker's lights did not turn on anymore. I don't know how this could've happened, I never turn the speaker volume past 20%
