My charger port went out to plug it in and it won’t stay charged and I don’t have receipt as I bought it in February of this year and for got to register it just found the paperwork

Hi, since it won’t let me move on past this point I guess I’ll just put anything in here at this time. I have not tried the speaker and I have not listened to it except for just plugging it in for a test run so I don’t know what else you want. Still waiting and trying to submit this as a new registry on the System.
