I haven't had any issues with the product until one day it decided to stop working for absolutely no reason. So depending on the customer service I experience due to the faultiness of their product will be the determining factor on if I change my review in a positive or negative way.

Check speaker, i am trying to see if there is a bass button, speaker is good but sounds a little funky. My daughter loves to sing and want to make sure it sounds good.
